Vinod Nagi is the Founder and Managing Partner of East Avenue Investments, a land banking and real estate investment firm focused on sourcing and optimizing high-growth land opportunities across Texas and other U.S. markets. With over 40 years of experience in real estate development, entitlement, and capital strategy, Vinod leads with long-term vision, disciplined execution, and a developer’s perspective.
His leadership is grounded in integrity, loyalty, and relationship-building. Vinod is known for navigating complex deals with clarity and for creating lasting partnerships built on trust. Under his direction, East Avenue Investments has quickly scaled to over $125M in land projects within the first nine months of launch—driven by institutional rigor and entrepreneurial agility.
Vinod also co-founded East Avenue Development, where he led the development of 15+ Hilton and Marriott hotels, and has been instrumental in acquiring and entitling over 1,500 acres in the Austin metro for residential master-planned communities.
A former consultant with Deloitte and co-founder of Cortex Consulting, Vinod brings cross-sector perspective to every venture—blending technical precision with business insight. He leads with clarity and commitment, focused on building value, legacy, and impact through real assets.
