Tyler Gatewood, Vice President of East Avenue Investments RE, graduated from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business in 2007. With a strong business and real estate foundation, Tyler swiftly entered the single-family development sector after graduation. Over nearly 16 years in Central Texas, he has overseen the entitlement and/or development of more than 7,500 lots, showcasing his deep expertise in this domain.
Tyler’s proficiency extends to various facets of single-family entitlement and development, including identifying acquisition opportunities, navigating city/county processes, negotiating contracts, coordinating with consultants to deliver projects on time, creating and managing project budgets, overseeing field operations, and, most importantly, building relationships. His attention to detail and experience allows him to take on the many challenges faced when entitling and developing land.
